– Arrival days: every day according to the kind of accomodation

Deposit: € 100,00 to pay on arrival (cash or Visa/Mastercard); this deposit will retun at the end of the stay after a check of the accomodation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
At the arrival all document must be presented (Identity Card or Passport). Also the printed recap of the on-line check-in must be presented

TURIST TAX:
€ 0,50 a head a night (with exemption for childrden up to 5 years old) to add to the stay payment.

PAYMENT METHODS OF DEPOSIT:
– On-line payment with Credit Card (Bank online PayPal)
– Bank transfer

GUEST:
Please be advised that your guests (people that have not reserved the stay), that stay overnight in your pitch or in your accomodation, must pay the equivalent for adults and children (up to 5 yesrs old). Also the turist tax, the parking, and extra-tent must be paid as list prices. In case of non-payment by guests, the amount will be charged to the one who reserved the stay

CHANGEMENT OR CANCELATION OF A RESERVATION:
Changement or cancellation requests are accepted only throght written comunications ( e-mail: info@campinglasierra.it).
Potential changement of reservation, excepted total or partial cancellation of the stay (regulated at the following point 2), may be requested until 30 days before the arrival day and must be authorized by the Direction. The direction may assign a different number of pitch, prior comunication.
After this procedure, other changement or cancellation will not be accepted and the entire stay initally reserved, must be entirely payed.

METHODS OF CANCELLATION:
– In case of total or partial cancellation of the stay, achieved until 45 days before the arrival day, the deposit will be entirely returned within 90 days since the cancellation day.
– In case of total or partial cancellation of the stay, achieved between 44 and 30 days before the expected arrival day, the deposit will be returned at 50% within 90 days since the cancellation day.
– In case of total or partial cancellation of the stay, implemented between the 29th day and the arrival day and also in case of no-show no refound will be effectuated

MODALITY AND PAYMENT TERMS OF THE STAY:
– The stay must be entirely paid within 2 days since the arrival.
– It is possible to pay with Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD) or bancomat. CHEQUES and credit cards without the sign of the owner, ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
– Postponed arrivals or early depatures, entile the entire payment of the initial reservation. Early arrivals do not implicate early departures.
– The rates are daily, irrespective of the arrival time.
– If the departure occur after 12:00 p.m. also that day will have to be payed.

Pitches:
The reservated pitch will be at your disposal from 12:00 a.m. and must be left within 11:00 a.m. of the departure day. In case of laking arrival, the pitch will be at your disposal until 11:00 a.m. of the naxt day. On exprit of that period, without a comunication from you, the pitch may be assign to an other family. For internal organisation reasons is strictly prohibited to change pitch without prior authorisation of the Management

Accomodations:
The reservated accomodation will be at your disposal from 16:00 and must be left between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. of the departure day. On the depature day, after the return of the accomodation keys, it is allowed to remain in the camping until 12:00 a.m. In case of laking arrival, the pitch will be at your disposal until 12:00 a.m. of the naxt day. On exprit of that period, without a comunication from you, the pitch may be assign to an other family
A € 100,00 deposit (cash or credit card) must be paid at the arrival and will be returned at the departure (after an accomodation check).

CLEANING OF ACCOMODATIONS:
The cost of the final cleaning and the changing of sheets is € 30,00. Further € 10,00 will be charged in case of bad use of kitchenette and tableware.

NIGHTLY DEPARTURE:
Nightly departures (before 8:00 p.m.) are possible only trough prior agreement with Menagement. In this case the final cleaning payment is compulsory and the € 100,00 caution must be paid only with Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) and will be necessary to give Credit Card records.

PARKING SPACE:
The daily rate includes only one car that must be compulsorily parked in the pitch or in assigned places. Any second car will be sepatately counted and must be parked in the camping’s parking
